Its been a while since the BK lounge turned out one of their creepy “Burger King” commercials, and I think its quite a shame. Talk about a funny and clever way to get across new food items, specials, or low prices. Sure the guy wears a creepy burger king mask but thats what makes their commercials so much different from other fast food places. What do you guys think? -Jonathan S.

I absolutely loved the Burger King commercials that featured the “King”. They were always entertaining and always made me crave Burger King. Lately, Burger King has had pretty weak commercials and I haven’t eaten at BK in quite a while. I’d really like for them to bring back these types of commercials.
Comment by Garrison Marx April 12, 2011 @ 10:06 pmI don’t care how cheesy the “King” mascot is… these commercials are funny all the time.
Comment by Dakotah Braun April 14, 2011 @ 3:05 pmI agree with Dekotah, these commercials are hilarious and never get old. It makes you laugh and crave their product; perfect combination.
Comment by Tori Guadarrama April 14, 2011 @ 7:23 pmI think the idea behind the commercial is super clever. By portraying BK as “reverse pick-pocketing” it is showing that BK gives back to you. They not only give you good food but it costs less and you will be getting money back in your pocket. The King is also funny, which adds a whole new level to it. Good one, BK.
Comment by makinzie April 14, 2011 @ 8:42 pmThese commercials are really funny. No other fast food place does ads like this and it really sets Burger King apart. It really appeals to a young demographic as well as an older one.
Comment by Matt Entringer April 15, 2011 @ 3:36 pmI really like these Burger King commercials, just to echo what everyone else is saying, the idea of the reverse pick pocket is to say that Burger King has good food, and its cheap so there is more money in your pocket. Its a very clever way to show that.
Comment by Luke Palacio April 17, 2011 @ 10:16 pmI like the thought of the king putting money back in your pocket. He is saving you money.
